Pocabox is located in Singapore and we are mainly selling official photocards & merchandise to all K-pop buyers worldwide.  

How can I contact you?

We generally reply to messages under 48 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends.  

How long does it takes for my order to be shipped?

Upon successful payment, your order will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not made payment for the order, your order will be automatically cancel after 24 hours. No action required for your part.

If the order has been paid, you may still cancel your order if the status shows 'Processed'. If the status has been updated to 'Packing', no cancellation or modification of the order will be allowed.

Refunds, exchange & cancellation

Kindly note that we are not able to offer refunds due to a change of mind once your order is in packing.

For cancellations before your order is packed, we will be able to to issue a refund via the original payment method you have paid.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mails caused by shipping. We are able to help to submit a claim to the shipping company, however the outcome will depend entirely on the shipping company. Please email in to support@pocabox.com for all lost or damaged claims with your order number. For items that were damaged during shipping, please attach an unboxing video showing clearly your shipping label and items to facilitate the claim process.


Are the items instocks or pre-orders?

All items listed on the website are instocks and ready for dispatch within 48 - 72 hours excluding public holidays and weekends.

We are planning to take in pre-orders in the future, and listings will be updated accordingly.

Are the photocards official?

Yes, all photocards sold are official from the respective site as stated per listing or directly pulled from the album.

We do not sell fake or replica photocards.

What currency do you accept?

Payments are accepted in USD.

What payment methods are accepted

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, AMEX), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We are currently offering Qxpress International Delivery.

We are also in the midst of discussion to offer more shipping methods and will be added on in the future.

How long does the shipping takes? 

Shipping generally takes 8-20 working days depending on the destination, excluding public holidays and weekends to arrive to you.

However, in unforeseen circumstances, there could also be a delay. Please kindly note that any delays are beyond our control once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company.

Is there a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped via tracked mail to reduce any lost mails in transit.

The tracking number will be updated in the order once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping company.
